Slow speeds on BSNL Broadband

Im going to state the obvious. How do can one expect bsnl to re route the traffic when all they have is tata?

The situation changed a bit from midnight as the data is being routed through different routes, but the latency is miserable.

Still pathetic for me on many sites especially EU sites. US servers are working better since yesterday but EU servers are still pathetic and not opening up easily. I cannot even login inside ManageWP.com and it is damn slow. My EU server and the websites on that are not opening up either. Why does BSNL take the most time out of all ISPs to fix issues?

am still facing problem openning some pages. its really SUks.Also downloads are very slow.
