@Juniper wait for 4 more days. It usually takes 7 days to auto cancel the request.

if you really want to take matter to airtel then email “net at airtel dot com”

You can revert back to the old plan or any plan of your choice via the app. That's the fastest method because it updates the systems immediately and the change would be in place within 24 hrs.

you guys wont believe it, I requested for static IP and got it in less than 5 minutes.

also one more thing I also have ip camera 23 in total but it runs smoothly over the airtel fiber /. what changes will static ip make? @Rickysin

Had conversation with NOC team and they said the same thing that we are throwing away Huawei equipment and now transitioning to Nokia equipment so static ip config is stuck and it will take 15 days to fix it.

equiptment they were taking about are of backend and not ONT or OLT

lol, even my static IP is not working, idk what theyre doing. And I can change my IP to some other IP of same subnet and internet still works!!!

are you on 122.161.47.255 gateway? this is brasdel-8
