Star Cricket HD showing promos in between overs :(

Why not have a look on US DTH which is providing 200 + HD Channels. That would be lot more informative to compare.
 
Man good arguments are going but what can we do to get out of it...we have to digest and live with it.....
 
I m not angered in anyways! :)I am just telling u that i am paying 44pm for Star Cricket HD, which is more than the average 35-37 pm in UK. At 35-37pm, if they get very less ads, then at 44 i reckon we dont deserve to be tortured by any ad. When i pay 500 odd bucks, decent chunk of it goes for SD channels, and the balance for the handful of HD channels.but when they pay 4k bucks, they get ALL channels - SD or HD with less ads.
 
To be honest i am not against delivering ads for live cricket matches...they can deliver it but once in 3-4 overs acceptable....I am fed up because i am paying for star cricket and paying for star cricket hd still watching ads and promos for each overs that too irritating promos over after over its too much...i dont understand why ESS is doing it...if you over do it of certain the value goes down....what are they trying to say to HD customers....begging us to watch Champions league....its not profesional repeating the promos for the same event over after over....
 
dont average it mate. Look at the bigger picture. They pay more overall to get premium services. Period.
 
C'mon, i have to average it out. We are not comparing DTH services here. We are comparing what the Broadcasters are serving, at what level of costs.

They pay more overall to get premium services.

When they pay overall, it also yields them overall good viewing experience. Overall they enjoy stuff with lesser ads.
 
So, the demand is :

Either Star Cricket HD should be completely Ad Free
OR
Subscription rate needs to be decreased !!!
 
I think we as an indian need to understand that we are not premium customers because thats what the broadcasters are thinking about....None of the channels are indian channels...all the channels parent companies are from foreign companies....they are just sucking our blood....but where as they dont suck blood of their countries customers....
 
Finally things are clear!! I think this was what we were discussing ever since we were fed up during the 1st & 2nd tests!
