Yes, I have noticed, this is an issues with new firmware

I have noticed an issue with new firmware that is, once we switch off the STB and turn on after some time, it show channel 001 (info channel).
I think before it was storing the last channel viewed.

Any body have this issue? please let me know.
 
yes for me also once restart the STB it will start from Channel No.001.... this is making really sick to get back to the channels....
 
hi pal its not working in my sd also i removed card its not changing what to do...???

Do manual "Software Update" from the Menu option

if this is also not working... reset to the factory settings, it will automatically will get you the latest once its rebooted..... (but u should have patience to get download)
 
its updated for me also but its not like the screenshots above its same old type but bledy channel 1 is running when i switch on stb...what can we do with this update.. cant we change location of dish and stb... i went through the details.. they have locked the position i think so...so that nobody can re sell their stb;s and dish... if they change location they wont get the signal... bledy sun dth... waste of money....
 
I have same situation. Upgrade was done automatically a few days back and now the channel is changed to 001 after switch off and HD channelnumber are visible. But, screen shot etc are still same old - not like the blue colour type posted in this thread?What I need to do? I have homecast STB (with component out).
 
I think it is problem with homecast STB, on Samsung, it is fine..Regarding Murali's comment on position locked, i don't think it is right........
