My question to TS+ users is whether back button works when actve service is there on any channel or same software problem is there in this STB as well?

The back button works perfectly...you might not be pointing the remote to the STB...yes but its works only for channel swaps

for new types of IR remotes its not completely necessary to point remote to STB. pointing random direction also works.

Guys, you have completely misunderstood my question. I wasn't referring to the pointing of remote. You must be aware that in TS, back button doesn't work for channel swap whenever there is any Actve service is there on any channel. That issue has been debated many a times in this forum. I wanted to ask whether this issue persists with TS+ as well.

I got your point .......it happens to me when i watch NDTV 24*7 but i think that problem in TS is rectified some time back as we might require to press the back buttons for 3 - 4 times when we view those channels which has got actve services...... But i am not aware of this thing with TS+ as i dont use it........

Yes, you have press back button repeatedly and sometimes it works. But thats irritating for sure and its not solved still. I am also not using TS+ but out of curiosity I have asked the question to TS+ users. Nobody has replied correctly yet.

To be on the safer on that issue what i do is that i either increase or decrease the volume by pressing the volume button and then i immedietly i push the back button it works fine for me............

Great tip......that has earned you 1 more rep point

But why TS+ users are silent on this?
Probably they are busy in recording the programmes:P.........

By the way can you tell me how did i earn i rep .........as i can see any change in my rep points.........:ashamed:.
