It looks like they have come out with new plans (different names) in Karnataka now. The maximum bandwidth is only 125 GB.
Turbo 1900 - Rs. 1900/- for 125GB @4mbps
Transonic 2000 - Rs. 2000/- for 125 GB @8mbps
Supersonic 1700 - Rs. 1700/- for 80 GB @16 mbps
Hypersonic 1600 - Rs. 1600/- for 60 GB @20 mbps
No detail about the post-FUP speeds.
I wonder which genius MBAs come up with these name ideas and plans...
The tariff seems cheaper than other cities. Not bad. FUP will *most likely* be 256kbps.
If I could, I would probably go for the Supersonic 1700 or Hypersonic 1600.

I called up Airtel and they said the post FUP speed for all Karnataka plans is 256 kbps

i remember back in 2004 when i took my first 256Kbps ul connection for which i was paying like Rs.1800 per month and even after 8 years things have not at all changed by any means at all, my half life is gone with the same old shit, what a shame.

yeah. they have a couple of typos on their tariff pages which is insane. i got confused when i collected the data for the first post of this thread because of a typo. apparently, still not fixed.
