i hv successfully configured brdge mode on my router and the dialer works fine i just want to know how to put it on the automatic reboot mode?? every time i hv to switch it off and on..plz help!!

cyberwiz ,By tele calls I mean normal telephone calls .My query is if I use ADSL in bridge mode and connect through dialer I will be charged for telephone calls also or only MB ?In PPOE mode I was paying only for MB downloaded no telephone charges .In a dial up internet connection we pay for telephone calls so asking that since in bridge mode we use DIALER so we will be paying for telephone calls also

No, bridge mode is just another interface for logging in to the main MTNL server. In PPPoE mode, the router logs in automatically (as you have saved the username nad password in the router), and in Bridge Mode, you do that manually. You will not be charged for any telephone calls. The 'dialling' thing is just a name given by Windows XP, and there is no such dialling going on. It just sends a request to the main server to be let into the Internet gateway.

^ :O telephone call charges on Bridge mode?? :ashamed: -- u are still using DSL dude..its not dial up -- no telephone call charges !
