For Singapore server
Lowest Ping: 40-42ms
Highest Ping: 60-70ms

Bengaluru, Hathway Fiber Broadband:
For Mumbai Server
Lowest Ping: 27-35ms
Highest Ping: 40-45ms
For Singapore server
Lowest Ping: 65-70ms
Highest Ping: 75-80ms(this was very rare)

Pune, Tata Play Fiber:
For Mumbai server
Lowest Ping: 6ms-8ms
Highest Ping:15-20ms
For Singapore server
Lowest Ping: 60-65ms
Highest Ping: 70-80ms


Pune, Airtel Xstream Fiber:
For Mumbai Server
Lowest Ping: 5ms-8ms
Highest Ping:12-18ms
For Singapore server
Lowest Ping: 60-65ms
Highest Ping: 70-80ms

Tata and Airtel perform very similar in terms of ping but airtel is more consistent in my experience. ACT is one of the best ISP for gaming. Consistent ping throughout the game. Hathway was very poor tbh.
One more important factor for games like valorant is packet loss. ACT and Airtel hardly had any packet loss or ping spike. Tata was also decent but there were a lot of ping spikes in between the game.
Hathway is the worst ISP for online gaming in my experience. 5-10% packet loss all the time. Not recommended for online gaming.

Getting consistent ping throughout the match is more important than getting less ping. If one's ping keeps fluctuating, it ruins the experience.

If i have to rank these ISPs just in terms of online gaming performance it would be ACT~Airtel>Tata>>>>Hathway.

Average: 33ms (M)
Highest: 110ms (M)

Usual Kolkata gateway

Lowest: 42ms (Mumbai) and 65ms (SG)
Average: 50ms (M)
Highest: 150ms (M)

Lowest possible in Mumbai, in my opinion: 14ms.

There is an local ISP in a city which is at a certain distance to mine which gives 9ms to Mumbai server. So, I believe I can get around 14ms to Mumbai server if the routing is at its best.

Yea I thought so also all over India to Mumbai can be less than 30 ms but it isn't always

@Lolita_Magnum you're one of those few people who play valorant on 1ms ping. LAN tournament experience huh.
Some of my friends from mumbai do get 1ms ping tho
