when will bsnl increase speed

mine is UL 900+, and in torrents i get download speed up to 70KBps and upload around 40KBps.. downloads from sites depends.. max was 60KBps...

Can't be luck cos I am on the same plan and getting the above speeds on 2 connections. Something's definitely up.

You can use ratiomaster to fool the torrent sites...
