Yeah. As far as it goes, BSNL can be denoted as the most 'Reliable' ISP. Cos, i've my own experiences with Airtel, which many times crossed the Fair Usage Policy and they started charging me. (It was a limited plan, with some nominal data). And after few months, i sometimes got even overcharged by these people. Then we switched to this BSNL. And now,we've even made ANNUAL PAYMENTS which gives one month of free usage (11 months only billing). Plans as of now, wouldn't change much and yes, we definitely need minimum 1MBPS speeds after FUP. Now im using BSNL ULD-900 with 4MBPS and 512kbps past 8GB.

8gb is not enough for us as we know ,no torrent application including hd movies and games are in huge size available for download , so bsnl need to stop or revised atleast more than 50gb...than we are talking..
