Haha don't worry. You still have the same post FUP speed This tricity is awesome minus the Internet. They got 4G but they offer 128kbps after FUP. (Highest being 40GB) Sigh.

Ya even my area doesn't have airtel. Only airtel 4G. Many of my friends are using their 8mbps 180gb plans who stay just 1-2km away :/ Came here just a year back also don't really wanna move and pay extra for rent etc as its our house

What did you expected lol? They're still new. Will face wrath of BSNL broadband users when people actually start following them.

I have got decent support from BSNL at my end. Calling rarely works but leaving a complaint through their automated call center does. Filing a complaint online almost always does.

Ya I agree. It just got to me that i've been using BSNL for more than 10 years now. Except their plans, everything else is top notch. Hardly any complains be it downtime, disconnects etc

cant tolerate it now.
it is impossible to watch any video between 11 am - 6 pm
my speed at speedtester.bsnl.co.in fluctuates between 90kbps - 360kps
the only other broadband at my place is the godfather airtel
atm , i am very very angry but bsnl dgaf.
