If I am not wrong both Xiaomi (India) and Flipkart can be criminally charged for creating artificial shortage of consumer goods. If they continue to do so FTC can ban Xiaomi from entering into Indian market and Flipkart from selling particular type of goods (mobile phones in this case) till further notice which will definitely screw both the companies.
