My 3 month period is not over yet. Are you on the latest version of MyJio app? The app was updated yesterday for me.
He is the one telling lies. Why would a large company like Jio put false information on their website? It only helps them lose customers. In any case, this area manager is probably just for sales. His job is to get the maximum number of customers. Why would anyone doubt the official announcement and website and believe unfounded claims?Jio area manager came to my friends house in a neighboring colony. He says migration to paid plans wont happen for another 60 days minimum and that most probably it will get delayed into 2020. Also that new plans will come with much more data and speed after data cap finished will be 15 Mbps and not 1 Mbps. His exact words were 'site pe jhoot likha hai'

True.. turns out he even lied about the 2500rs router being dual band. I specifically told my friend to ask him for dual band router and the area manager told him "4500 wala ab 2500 mein de rahe hai". When installation happened and my friend checked the speed on wifi he realised it was not dual band and then the installation guy said "bhaiya ab kuch nahi kar skte". We call airtel ch*rtel , jio is not any better.
