So today again all day have been facing intermittent issues in website connectivity, it works for some time then for a few seconds websites don't open and rinse and repeat. Also got a 59.x.x.x series IP which indicates failover to backup system.
i have got same 59 series ip but no issues over here yet. Could you give me those web addresses to cross check?

not any website in particular, all websites were not opening occasionally, like facebook, linkedin, reddit etc.

yeah for me also traceroutes seem to be going via tata france locations, can you try "tracert archive.neon.kde.org"

my friend has same issue with BSNL broadband last year ( not fibre ) and this was all routing issue with a specific IP range , so he just mailed to nearest NIB , and got a call from NIB team and they changed the IP .
I mailed them, @vishalrao helped me, lets hope, they solve the issue.

Looks like you are using Google DNS?

If I do "nslookup archive.neon.kde.org 8.8.8.8" then I get an IP from singapore, if I use 1.1.1.1 then I get singapore and sometimes an IP from local India location, so BSNL routing is screwed up badly in the last few days.

Okay. Even I am having serious issues regarding web page loading from the past few days. Called my LCO(Aundh, Pune Maharashtra). He told me that there is some maintenance work going on from the past 5 to 6 days and this is affecting the entire state of Maharashtra. Also maintenence will take more 2 or 3 days. If you guys have any other info then please post it here.
