Hey ACT do you offer services in K K NAGAR near PSBB school ?

How good is the connectivity? I do minimal downloading so I don't need a big download cap. I absolutely require a connection that does not break down.
I am in the Adyar area.
Would e great if someone could answer.

Am currently using BSNL . I am planning to switch to ACT in Velachery. I have a few questions to the ACT Users :
1. Is the connection reliable? BSNL has outages as well. I can do fine if it does not happen often.
2. Are speeds relatively decent ? Obviously you can't get the promised speed - But atleast 70%?
3. Is having the Box in your place an advantage in any way ?
4. Suggest some Routers that work with ACT - that would work with other ISP as well. Budget - 1k.
@uberjon - I would appreciate your Inputs as well

1. More reliable than BSNL. Less than Airtel.
2. Speed - More than 70% promised speed.
3. Response time is slow, but it's a little faster if you have the box on your premises, as it affects all users connected to that box. So, you get a higher priority + Rs. 45 discount on your monthly bill.
4. ANY proper WAN router will work.
