ACT broadband in Chennai

I am staying at Royapettah, Chennai, when I called up ACT they said the connection is feasible in my area and I gave them the exact address for checking whether a connection can be provided.
When can I expect them to call back.
If anybody is thr using ACT BB from Royapettah, Mylapore please send your feed back it will help a lot.

Finally installed ACT went for the 1299 plan 25mbps upto 75 gigs . Very happy with the speed test results. nthego:

They installed the fiber box at my home and said a 50 rs discount in the bill per month :numbness:

I have lost all hope that ACT is ever going to come to the Guindy area.
Airtel charges 2099 for 80 GB 4 mbps now. Ridiculously expensive plan when compared to ACT

Same here. Wonder why no one is able to expand their availability across the city like Airtel. As my photos & video size grows backing it up in the cloud is a pain with 512kbps upload. Blame dsl & Airtel

1. Why is your ping so high? Was anything loading in the background?
2. Rs. 50? They said that to me too, but I only get a discount of 45.

now the ping rates have come dowm
2. they also told me 50 lets wait for the first month bill
3. they did everything
bought a new TP-Link tl-wdr3600. now the wi-fi range is even better
