Airtel Broadband: 1mbps ul for 1699 2mbps ul for 2999

They said 2mb/s usually takes 5 days to migrate. They migrated mine on the 5th day. Anything less takes 3 days.

Yes, they did call me up. But don't know if that's the general trend..

I got a call from the Nodal officer about the plan, and then the next day I got a call for confirmation, after I told the officer I was interested. So, yes, you should get a confirmation call.

yes..VAS worth Rs.598/- are free with Freedom 1699 plan.

I think he meant 1699, lol. But I'd go for 1699, personally. You're getting 1mb/s continious, you never know when you could need it.
