Got it fixed it just now... Got to know that only my cable was cut by someone "intentionally"... maybe some local isp's work.

Np... I was also thinking the same to move onto jio fibre as now I am fed up of this fibre cutting tactics (maybe by other gunda lco) in Airtel in every 2 to 3 days ...God knows why only my fibre is being cut. Maybe I am the only customer here using it... Also both the jio's junction box (white color) and optical fiber splitter box (black color) is on the pole, just beside my building ( (easy and clear view from my balcony) , on the main road... So I don't think any Gunda lco will take the risk to cut the jio's wire on the main road where there are cctv cameras on every step.
and yes, the ping is still the same as day one... no improvements. probably because there is no gateway in Patna.

How do I change my plan I am on 200mbps and wanna change it to 40mbps but whenever i try It via tha Airtel thanks app it jist says there is an error on the payment page

can you show the screenshot of that error? I changed my ARP 100 mbps to 40 mbps without any issues...
