Do you see your serial no for k4505 in MDMA or Mobile Partner?
Neither in MDMA nor in Mob Partner sl no is available.
MDMA shows IMEI and IMSI nos; Mob Partner shows only IMEI no.
I think Sl no is not much important than IMEI.

btw has the speed issue been solved in your place? well in Kolkata(east zone) the problem continues. getting -65dBm HSDPA but getting only 40-65KBps. and do not ask abt upload it's 5KBps

BSNL in eastzone really sucks.
65 is very gd signal strngth.. in my home its 89 dbm avg.... it sucks.. btw daytime 70 to 100 and night time 250 to 300 avg spd getting... but prblm remains in after some random timing spd halts to zero.... then it backs up aftr some secs..

i am sure about one thing kolkata>wb circle is the least significant circle to them .... they will upgrade some towers to 14 mbps in chennai,hyd.keral .... but nvr in kolkata... i had heard frm a reliabl sourc that in kol they wl upgrade some towers to 7.2 mbps in medical clg,, esplanade and 2 more places.. not in any residential area//

My signal strength is 83~95, in my new (shifted) place. But now at 11.30AM, D'load upto 3.5Mbps and Upload upto 1.8Mbps (youtube).
But the sad thing is again browsing speed. Even for this post, I have to click four or five times to load a page.
I have twice received SMS to my 3G card from BSNL, stating that " BBand ULTD customer's speed has been increased by 4 times, at same cost wef 1.2.11 "
But my BBand speed remains same 512Kbps. I have to clarify with the BSNL tech. staff. If I got that 2.0 Mbps (4 times), as stated, I will deactivate my 3G connection until browsing in 3G issue is solved.
