Isn't it illegal to run differential plans statewise by BSNL?
If it isn't, it damn well should be! Does my money have less worth than those of subscribers from TN, Karnataka etc.? I didn't know that INR valuation now differs by state! If I pay BSNL the same amount, I should get the same service. Otherwise it's partiality and favoritism. It's not like broadband is a local resource, made/grown in TN etc. and shipped to others.
