No one can manage this days. It was a good marketing gimmick back then to make people use 1.5 GB a day.
Now, with so many social media apps, Wi-Fi is a need. Wish, these BSNL people lift their ass and work for consumers.

I live in ghaziabad and it is an unfortunate experience for me with BSNL broadband connection. Everything is flop. Outdated process, no service, no one listen, I am asked to travel 20 mins drive to pay bill. Online bill payment was blocked. Surcharges keeps cumulating. I am lost. It's the worst ever in my lifetime of 48 years. Literally looting and harassing consumer.

I have never paid bills offline. I pay bills online using Amazon Pay. Surcharges? Can you explain??

Bsnl fiber optic is worst service in pune. Speed keeps on vary. For last 10 days it is completely down. Customer service is worst. No one from bsnl is ready to communicate. There vendors are worst
