In the VOIP config page screenshot you shared replace 172.30.249.3 with 10.187.2.12. Primary and Secondary DNS for voice are 172.30.249.3 and 172.30.249.19 respectively. Enter the DNS in WAN voice config.

your voice status is registered?? mine is registering does it affect anything?

Yup. Mine is working. If it says registering it's not going to work. Have you updated the config. accordingly?

Have you entered your Static IP for voice in the WAN voice config page? Also, VLAN ID, SUBNET, GATEWAY, etc.

Change the priority 802.1p from null to 1 and check.
