I have submitted this issue on MS Feedback Hub app.... if other facing this issue can also find and upvote that then maybe MS will do something in future win10 releases (hopeful/wishful thinking)
@Trex yes the issue occurs with windows and not on linux, and on BSNL FTTH connection (works on my Jio 4G and Airtel 4G connection) explanation is in earlier posts in this thread.
go to control panel then administrative services then go to windows time service then restart it and se it to automatic not manual. Then restart your pc then try to sync time and try on both time servers within 2 or 3 tries it will sync successfully
