Excitel Broadband Issues

I'm from Kanpur region. My Excitel router has IP in range 10.0.0.0/8.
I can scan /24 subnet and find all the other excitel users in my region. I can even connect to their router from my network using the default excitel username and password and can modify their settings and even find their excitel username and password easily.
Reduced my neighbors 2.4ghz tx power this way so it doesn't interfere much with mine.

any update on Excitel issue today I'm getting ping loss and 280ms of ping RTT for server hosted in EU, even myExcitel app is not working I have to use mobile data to follow-up on my ticket which was created 1 month ago.

@AJweb are you from HYD location ? i am facing same high ping issue from soo many weeks.

ping to london or singapore or US is very high.

Is it just me or suckers have removed 400 Mbps multi month OTT plans from their list? Can't see it anywhere. Guess planning for premium higher speeds up to 1 Gig plans launch? Also, the excitel.com website is also showing only 200 & 300 Mbps OTT & non OTT plans for all cities. Any Excitel user can confirm? Only my legacy (since 2023) OTT plan is there with 400 Mbps recharge. Rest only 1 month 400 Mbps is available without OTT.

Anyone facing excitel speed loss today ? Randomly getting slow today (started yesterday 1-2 am ig)
