I have got excitel connection in this lock down period and i live in faridabad,and i am not getting internet just after 10 days of getting my new internet connection.NEVER TAKE EXCITEL PLEASE,ITS HELL.

Talk to your lco. Make good contacts with people managing the local network. Almost all of us faced hiccups during the early days especially if they have just launched in your area.

texted my lco. he said that fiber option will be available in 10 days. my recharge is getting over in 8 days. i guess that 750rs ont will not be available anytime soon and i for sure wont be getting that 2k rs wifi ont as i already have my gigabit router. should i go for 1 months recharge or 4 months recharge?
any suggestions?

@Aakash Malhotra You from north Delhi? My lco also said that fiber is coming by end of month. Let's see if it is indeed available in coming days.

U should recharge whatever u used to recharge in past. On upgrading to fiber ur plan will be upgraded automatically. I had 100 mbps was upgraded to 300 mbps automatically. Just make sure don't pay security online unless u have ur lco words otherwise u will be stuck. The plan upgrade was clarified by excitel person see Reply

I wish we can use our own onu/ont that would have been nice. But all companies are following same path.
