Even I have connectivity problems & I have been experiencing problems with my internet service for the past five months. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue through customer service department, the situation has not improved, and I am growing increasingly frustrated.

For the past five months, I have encountered daily disconnects, necessitating the routine procedure of resetting my router three to four times a day, as advised by the support team. Unfortunately, this temporary fix has not provided a lasting solution, and the reliability of my internet connection has been severely compromised.

The situation reached a critical point on May 4th when my internet service ceased entirely. Despite numerous complaints and requests for assistance, there has been no meaningful action taken to address the root cause of the problem till date. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of urgency and accountability demonstrated by Jio Airbifer company in resolving this issue.

Furthermore, I am dismayed by there refusal to offer a refund for the substandard service I have received. It is unacceptable that I am being denied any form of compensation for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the persistent connectivity issues.

As a paying customer, I expect reliable and consistent internet service, which has regrettably not been the case. I urge you to prioritize this matter and provide a prompt resolution to restore my internet connection to its promised functionality. Additionally, I request that you reconsider your stance on refunds and provide appropriate compensation for the extended period of disrupted service.

Hi guys,

So i have questions regarding the membership, which i got with jio AirFiber. I got discovery plus and it kids safe account for now. But when i try to change to full access it requires a pin which i never created. So do you guys having the same problem. Pls help me with this. If you guys know the default pin or something..

^^^ You need to login to Discovery Plus account on Web browser and create Pin for full access.

Anyone able to get their refund from Jio, I've been trying for the past month, after getting it in May since it's not usable as of today.

Though I did get a call from their team stating that they'd get into refund process once I cancel my services(which is not a guarantee refund, but they'll "try")

Dear Forum Members,

I'm writing to share my frustrating experience with Jio Fiber broadband and seek advice. Here's a summary of the issues I've been facing:
  1. Frequent internet disconnections plague my connection, making it unreliable.
  2. I've opened numerous tickets with Jio Care over the past 2 months. Engineers have only visited 4 times, and the problem remains unresolved. Worse yet, tickets are sometimes closed automatically without any fix.
  3. Despite my repeated attempts to get the issue resolved, Jio has been wasting my time for 2 months without actually fixing anything.
  4. I've requested to cancel my connection due to these persistent problems. However, Jio refuses to disconnect the service and instead continues to waste my time with fruitless troubleshooting attempts.
  5. When engineers are scheduled to visit, they frequently fail to show up during the designated time slot. In fact, they've stopped coming altogether now.

I'm at my wit's end. Has anyone else experienced similar issues with Jio Fiber? Does anyone have suggestions on how to escalate this matter effectively or force them to cancel my connection?

Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated. I'm tired of paying for a service that doesn't work and dealing with a company that seems indifferent to resolving the problem.

Thank you for your time and any insights you can provide.

Two of my neighbours have Jio AirFiber. One is working fine. Another one has issues every now and then, making it almost useless. Those who visit (from Jio) are clueless.
