I meant it would be the first phone to receive an OTA update of it
The Nexus 5 would come with it out of the box.

Did you order it using your Google account and an Indian Credit Card? If yes, your order is likely to get cancelled as Google has stopped accepting Indian Credit Cards for purchasing Nexus 4 from US Play Store.
