Yeah some what. The problems seems to occur again at odd occasions. Now its okay.

Update.... Two different engineers visited my house. This time with a Laptop:) and were checking my connection. At last, somebody has knowledge over the Modem and Internet. Still i am facing the same issue. Line attenuation as well as downstream data rate is fluctuating and i have caught some errors here.

Now my Dsl502T is replaced with this modem T-KD 318 EUI i.e. UT300R2U

Hi Guys ! Yesterday I had finally dropped the top bosses an email keeping the helpdesk ID in look with my 5 days internet down complaint. In the evening I had also called the call center and a kind lady told me that she would forward the email to the engineer with GM order. Finally an engineer came to my home and my connection is started. But still I am gettin 27 kbps download speed.God Help us and MTNL :SThere is no hathway in Bhayandar due to Monopoly, else they have cheaper plans as compared to MTNL and better Customer Service too.

MTNL April 2009 problem is due to expiry of firmware for D-Link DSL 502t which has got a date stamp for expiry of 31 March 2009. D-Link is not bothered to come out with a updated firmware to overcome the issue. Possible we have to live with Bridge mode for ever so far we use D-Link DSL 502t. Due to expiry of the firmware the ADSL starts acting funny like frequent disconnections, blocking some popular sites, etc.:cool2:

@Socrates. My router page still takes similar time to open as it used to be in Dsl502T:huh: Mtnl guys are blaming it on my Antivirus
