Hmm? Could you clarify on that? For the Trib 999 UL users who get 1mbps unlimited download, do you reckon they'll be upgraded to 2mbps?

Yes, as they say in the advertisement - "all plans will be upgraded to 2Mbps minimum without any extra charges". Now we only have to find out about the FUP.

Yes. Checked the MTNL website. Its 6 GB FUP.

Launch of 2Mbps Free Trial Plan for MTNL

MTNL is violating TRAI guidelines. They advertised 2 Mbps Broadband speed in Newspapers upgrade BUT did not mention about FUP.

When i went to Sanchar Haat. The aunties said plans are unlimited but they don't know about FUP. They gave me leaflets of same newspaper Ad published few days ago.

When they advertise upgrade to "minimum 2Mbps" then technically it should mean for all plans post fup ..but then i am no expert on ways these sarkari co's work..can just be hopeful that they have genuinely planned something good both for themselves as well as their customers
