I would say tata is cheaper in some plans ( time plan plus night unlimited upto 2 mbps at 99 bucks )

Yeh mtnl is definitely better in uptime since our pstn networks are pretty dependable . But getting a connection is very slow for mtnl .

gettin 2mbps speds from now only.download like crazy.i have downloaded 3 moviez(chakde india, gandhi my father and kafila) and 27 softwares.really amazed to see blazing speeds.
