886611729 is the number I am using at the moment. I dialed 121 for help they provded the number of "SMS Message Center".
I am still not able to send messages

i use Nokia 1600 as extra in hand phone ,, and my main phone is nokia 6681 , with which i use,, mobile internet and phone calls,, i have experienced all these problems.. and found the problem happens mostly,, when we interchange the sims.. multiple times. all it takes time to update the phone model with sim,, at the server side of the telecom company,, also.. one more problem, is,, when ever we change our sim,to our mobile phone,, it sends messages,, but it asks,, you,, when there is mostly outgoing sms problem.. for this, you have to go to message settings and there. the out sms number have to be configured correctly according to the company telecom u are connected to,, you can get the sms out number from calling mobile help from customer care also..,, this is what actually happens,, to my understandings.. i solved my issues. by the same manner ......in back times..,,,now i can work with any sim.. without having issues..

go to messaging settings,, and there. message centre number to set with +919032055002 to work outgoing sms ....to work with docomo sms..,i solved mine. the same proces,, dont forget to switch off and on.. after this..

also make sure,, message centre in use setting is also the same..to that..,, because.. when we use multiple sims,, it makes copies of mesage centre out sms no..s,, please make an accurate check at this..

set "reply same centre" to No, if that doenst work try changing preferred connection from GSM to packetdata/gprs

message centre in use is the most important thing,, and if its set to message centre01 or what ever name.. check that name having with docomo +919032055002 no.. or else. remove other message centre no.s and keep this only.. to avoid confusions.. with this.. dont change other settings.. except this.

try setting- reply via same center to NO. as current its set to YES(in 1st image) . in my docomo sim inserted phone it is set at NO. and im able send messages......

by default reply via same should be NO.. may be by mistake its been set to yes.. Make it NO... and it works..
