Okay Thank you all... trying it out... deleted two other Message Center and renamed message centre01 -> DOCOMO.

your prefered connection is set to packet data but it should be set to gsm/umts.

@paket data related.. to email, section.. not sms section..,,,packet data setting at any place,, is to use with mobile internet,, not regarding sms related.. problems..

I've set it to GSM and all other options are the same. Restarted the Phone. Sent SMS. FAIL -_-;

p.s- I still keep on getting RANDOM sending messages... -___-" and still no luck with GPRS either (
