Initial ac bal was Rs 844 before doing anything. After activating Mobile TV its Rs724 ( they should have deducted only Rs 30, They have deducted more than Rs100 in just 10 min :ishock: total of 124 :impissed
here is the complete story...As told by cc sent msg to 111 got a link to dwnd vodafone tv application. Opend application subscribed to Rs 30 PM pack for one channel. Once done started viewing the channel which actually had just 4 clips of 1min each which played with grt difficulty nd in very poor quality. There was one free preview for 1st time for that also I got some app. error nd that went in waste.I was told by cc guy that whole show would be streaming live nd I would be able to watch the whole episode instead I ended up with 4 small one min clips once I entered the channel.I was also told by cc ppl that I wold not have to pay for gprs charges or any other if I subscribe to monthly pack.Finlay closed the cell after 10 min of use vod tv checked balance after 5min 724 :ishock
Even if they charge for using gprs for vod tv according to cell data counter my total data received has been just 4.7 mb nd 2.2 MB as sent nd this even includes the total when I was using net normal mode)well I was pretty happy when I spoke to cc of vod. telling me I just need to pay RS 30 PM per channel nd can watch this channel anytime for free then. I guess that was not true.So is there anyway to get this amount back or vod just stole that from me. Recommend you not to use this service.
