MiRouter 3C is still a good choice even at it's normal price. Another option is TP-Link Archer C50 but these won't fully cover your 1600sqft flat. You will have to either increase your budget or as Sushubh mentioned, ethernet all your rooms and install Access Points.
PS: Do not opt for wireless bridging. You will be highly disappointed.
@Sushubh I get about -60-70dBm with Tenda in that room. The Airtel (Binatone) one gets about the same a little low than Tenda but the speeds are very poor for some reason. Even the Airtel guys replaced the router with a new Binatone one but the results were the same. I also get frequent connection time outs with the Binatone.
Performance of tenda and TP-Link are comparable...
Put your tenda router... wherever you want/ expect to place the router... you dont need to initially put Ethernet wire in to it.... just power it..... check the range.... find suitable place for the router/s at your home....
Get whatever number of routers you want, install the Ethernet cable....
Range extenders does not seem to be a good idea...
