My Galaxy S has 720p video capacityNice UI. Its been a long wait for Android users. 3.0 was not that impressive and was just for tablets. Sad that the event has been delayed. Seems Google wants to make this very big event and want to make sure everything is perfect after some lukewarm response to iPhone 4S

Apple did not have an extravagant event because they probably knew about jobs' health condition. i bet tim cook was worried that the phone might ring during the event and he would have to pick it up right then and there.

In that case, the news of Steve jobs wud hv overlapped the event!

well they would have had to cancel the event right then and there. they handled it pretty well and jobs ensured that he did not mess up that event. google might be doing it out of respect for jobs. as they probably do not want the focus to be taken away from the obituaries. but 11th is still 4 days away. so it does not make much sense. Apple has already started accepting pre-orders for the iPhone 4S in the US market today. so they are moving on already.

does any body know release dats for these big products from samsung ? its not easy to keep track of them and THERE IS alsmost no press for them in India, I am waiting on release of several models of them. any one operamaniac?

you would want to follow androidos.in blog. they are the most active in announcing the local launches.

as for the october 11 event... the reports are that steve jobs burial ceremony might be scheduled for october 11. and that is why the event is now postponed.

screen shots were supposed to be of size 1280x720 (720x1280*) or am i wrong at this thought?
