Ignore the timings as they were not synchronised

These are fine, that AUTH error is not related to pppd. I'm on 117.251.xxxx and I'm facing the same issues you are. Really bad routing, sites slowing down to completely failing.

@Gaurav_G The issue is beyond LCO level. Ask LCO escalate the matter to BSNL since you aren't getting proper speed. If LCO still keeps repeating the same thing then complaint on PGRMS portal.

Even i am facing packet loss multiple times in a day for the past 2 months. Looking at ripe probes in my state on bsnl, all have same spikes of packet loss. The strange part is that bsnl officials are not even aware of any such issue.

But is it occasionally like a everything working fine and then nothing for a few minutes? Has your BNG been changed recently?

Yes, exactly. It would work absolutely fine and then suddenly packet loss, buffering for few minutes. Sometimes even 4-5 times a day.

Didn't check the BNG change.

Screenshot from my Mikrotik logs.

@anubhav11 I'm facing the same issue it seems. Working absolutely fine then suddenly buffering/page not loading. MTU/power/DNS all fine.

For me it's not happening during non peak hours generally (like late night).

Which application is this? Can I test?
