So @Nishant recently mentioned this one as he has been progressively replacing all fans at his place with these units.

I am considering getting one for trial before I can decide on whether to start replacing all the fans progressively as well.

Opinions?

There are four models. Need to look into difference between them. The top end model has a remote which removes the need for a regulator so that sounds cool.

Great thing is that it is also available on Flipkart and other stores these days.

Superfan is indeed costly.. I had pointed that out around first 2-3 pages of this thread!

Yup. And they're giving 5 years doorstep warranty too. Definitely a good deal.

so 2300Rs cost difference?

As per their own website, 1 fan saves you 400Rs per year (electric bills)

In short I dont really save any money for 6 to 7 years!

Does not make any sense to buy!!

I will make more money if I save 2300Rs and invest somewhere!!!

I think it wud be cheaper to buy normal fan and then use a regulator which can be controlled by IR or bluetooth.

If i remember - superfan does not have regulator?

Plus I have seen normal fan go beyond 20yrs with ease so life is not an issue here.

But this is good too. you get colorful fan with 5 settings remote control and 5 year warranty and aluminium coated wings. not bad at all.

cheapest IR fan regulator I could find online costs 1k. Better buy superfan and be done with it.
