I think IPs may change according to location. I am from kerala so mine might be configured to connect to BSNL's systems for my area. Also, you shared voice interface(IPoE) details and I shared internet (PPPoE) details. It doesn't allow me to see the IPoE settings like it shows PPPoE settings.

After this was posted, I looked again at my voice WAN config and realized its Service Mode was set to VOICE. So I changed it to VOICE_INTERNET and voila I can ping the voice gateway but not SIP server. So a static route needs to be made. Network -> Router -> Static Route and do the necessary changes.

Destination is the SIP server address, Gateway is voice gateway. And we are connected.

Things I did differently than the linked post. Disabled SIP under Application -> ALG configuration. Routers SIP ALG - VoIP-Info.

woah i'm a noob don't have any idea what you're talking about...i just wanna make calls through pc and it turns out this desire of mine is not going to end well..

If you guys have made a back up of your ONT configuration why don't you just Hard Reset and restore the configuration. And provide some details of what you did, just saying you did something and now it's not working is as vague as it gets. No one can help you if you don't provide details.

@sloj that's precisely what I did............btw i wanted to know what was my mistake in making the static route table? is your configuration working??

No you did not. You posted a screenshot of page not loading and asked what error might have caused this without mentioning what you did before this happened. And since you have the config simply do a hard reset by pressing the reset button until all the lights blink on the ONT. And then manually do the config again.

Yes it's working and that's why I made the post. Just have audio issues which I am trying to figure out and will update once a solution is found.

Click on Show Route and post screenshot. Also curious why did you enter Metric value as 3.

I have audio now. I repeat, I have AUDIO now. No mic at the moment so cannot confirm on the other side. But I can hear.

Don't know what I did, so will have to trace back my steps. LOL. I had a headache trying to figure out things, so left it all as it was a few hours ago and went for a cool bath and then dinner. Got back infront of the screen and installed YATE, setup my user details and magic happened. Enough for now. I have to finish watching The Big Bang Theory. Later.
