When will BSNL launch new broadband plans?

cant tolerate it now.
it is impossible to watch any video between 11 am - 6 pm
my speed at speedtester.bsnl.co.in fluctuates between 90kbps - 360kps
the only other broadband at my place is the godfather airtel
atm , i am very very angry but bsnl dgaf.

With a good ping, one can atleast watch 240p without buffering on 512kbps connection. Get your line checked (Keep filling the form in my sig). I get as low as 20ms during nights on Delhi server.
Else wouldn't hurt to get airtel if user reviews good in your area.

Can be used pan india with no extra charge. Though, you'd still need a contact in Mum/del willing to buy an mtnl sim for you.
