A friend broke his phone lately it was a Nokia. He need some suggestions for his new phone.Budget is 10K, could be stretched to 14K if the device worth the price.Priorities are:1. Email2. Music3. On paper ... Neo V & One V look even... Ray has a better camera but its screen size is smaller (So based on camera versus screensize) .. you can either narrow down to Ray or the other twoNow coming to Neo V & One V - I would say build quality, design would be my criteria to decide...

"beating" a one year old phone isn't a very big achievement. by the time Xperia S becomes properly available, Samsung would be ready with the S3.
Galaxy s 3 would easily kick the ass of any smartphone on sale in the market. including htc one x.

one v would be a good choice because it is a newer phone. comes preloaded with ics. though design could be a problem as it features a dream like fold at the bottom that a lot of people might not like on their phones.

I plan to buy a Android phone around 18K budget, can u pls suggest a phone. I look up Samsung Ace Plus for around 17K.
But for this phone Android version is 2.3 can we update it to Android 4.0 in near future.
