Wrong Plan Activated

I had requested for BSNL FTTH on 27 Sept 2020 it got activated yesterday but I had opted for ₹499 plan with 40 Mbps speed but it seems they have activated wrong Plan !! What to do now ?? And how to get Billing Account Number and Service ID ...

This could be speed issues at the provider end too.. Like for me BSNL 20MBPS plan, I get only 8MBPS.. Upon contacting they said, users are more than capacity..


And btw.. I am a new user, had opted for 779 new user plan.. The guys activated 499 for me..

Just switch from selfcare. You''ll have to ask them for billing account number or you'd have to wait for the bill.

The problem for me is, I'm not able to register as it gives error no valid mobile number is linked.. Even though my mobile number is linked..

Get the plan changed from exchange, get the new 449 plan

Yes Sure.. Is changing plan is possible in this month as my connection got activated yesterday....

Yesterday (1 oct)? Then not. You can change plans once a calender month. You will have to wait till November

Ooh but as per BSNL tariffs the plan they activated is of 849 whereas in 799 I could have got 100 Mbps (Double speed) 3300GB ... I have to pay for there mistake.. and also I would have preferred 30 Mbps @449 ... So anything possible now

These new plans haven't arrived at all SSAs. I'm still running 777. Will be upgrading to new ones as soon as it's available.

I think it's all fine. No big deal.
