2 days back I ordered air compressor 1s from their website. Yesterday it was delivered but I noticed, 2 out of 4 seals were broken and there was a tear on the top side of the box.

Called them up and asked for a replacement, they told me I will get a call in 4 hours. I did get a call, but to tell me they will resolve my issue in 7 working days.

Their purifier filters also come with tapes removed from the box these days. I do not really mind as long as the device shows 100% after putting it in the device.
