BSNL Broadband Plan Change Problem

yes. after 10 hours it opened. now it shows http 500 error

bbservice.in is opening but it's taking a hell lot of time to authenticate & after that it's now showing username & password invalidI tried my uncles id as well, same error

I opened my orders tab and found the plan to be 500 C and status as open. Please help me. What does this mean? I have already downloaded more than 2 GB

open status means your plan is not changed yet.status will be provisioned when your plan is changed.

hey i enquired about my april month bill and it is only 870 rupees. i have changed from home 500 to UL750 plus on 1st april and dl/ul ed more than 5gb while i was in open and future dated status. but the bill was prepared according to UL750's :yahoo:so no need to worry about bill
