Are you able to ping the voice gateway and sip server ip from both the diagnose prompt and cmd in PC?

Most likely not possible without custom firmware or a separate "computer" device like Pi. You need to install siproxyd.

I am unable to use VOIP from the day one of getting FTTH connection (Karnataka Circle). LCO has configured the voice using DHCP and on asking about the issue in BSNL office, they checked the server and told our voip is active. VOIP status is still registering and vlan 1831 is used for this. Can anyone help me to setup voice

@soumadeep I am from guwahati too. I am having the same problem its showing "Registering". Kindly can you share the screenshot of both the config pages.
