Excitel Fiber Broadband in Bangalore - User Experience?

I wish this 5k for 9months 300mbps showed up when i was renewing.
Already got another 2k for 4months 100mbps in que till oct.
Dont want to commit further than this.
Damn!
 
lol yeah. october is quite a bit away. 4 months is the max i have renewed. and my renewal is due for later this month. no fiber in sight so probably would go again for the 60mbps 4 month package.

Only 300 Mbps 4 month plan shows for me for 3k
 
check both website and app. plans were not synced till a while ago. but yeah. screenshot above does seem to be from the app.

Service was down for about 3 hours today. Fibre link was down, no signal. I raised a ticket once I noticed that it was down (at 1:30 PM) (I had a backup link so didn't realise until the backup link also went down at the same time 🤦‍♂️)

At 2:15 or so, the LCO marked the ticket as solved with the comment Cable Cut Repaired, but it wasn't fixed. Maybe they just wanted to acknowledge the cable cut and was in the process of fixing it. ;) 🤷‍♂️

I re-opened the ticket but the category was changed, so I created another ticket. Both were then re-assigned to the LCO by Excitel.

Anyway service was back by 4:25 PM as seen above.
