well i spoke at kidwai bhawan.. they said that id dosent matter if its janmastami.. systemadmins(jto for mtnl) work in shifts and are always there.. so speed upgrade can take place today also.. hopefully.. :ashamed:

I'm Victim of MTNL "Sigh"
Last month i gave application to migrate on TriB 749 NU plan, i was hopping it will be affectd by the mid night of 31st august, but today is 4th of sep, and i'm still on previous 949 plan,
Here is my Dard Bhari Kahani meri Jubani,
Mene 1st septmber se CC me fone karna shuru, ki mera plan abhi tak change kyo nahi hua, CC walo ka vahi drama aapki complaint fwd kar di, bas 3rd day mujhe khud MTNL sanchar haat jana pada, aur vahan koi mujhe idhar bheje koi udhar, 5 ghante mene vahan dhakke khaye, lekin tab bhi mera plan change nahi hua, ek baat dhyaan dene wali, jo Lineman taar dalne wale fone lagane wale..vahi log Broadband sambhal rahe hain, jo ki technicali ZERO hain, gha**ta kuch nahi pata.SDO se mila vo bole humari tensiona nahi ye, dusre office se mila to vo kahe humari tension nahi, mai itna pareshan ho chuka tha 5 ghante chakkar laga laga ke ki koi ye batane ko tayaar nahi ki is probl;em ko le kar me jaau kaha? MTNL ki PC screen per mera plan change ho chuka lekin mere PC me vahi purana plan 949 wala chal raha hain, and its 4th day ..plan remain same...there is no one to listen my problem, Duniya ke 7 wonders me se Tajmahal nahi ye humare MTNL ke karamchari hone chahiye, ye sabse anokhe hain. koi mujhe Bata do yaar ki main in logo ki complaint kaha karu, m from Delhi.

Call senior officers of MTNL!! Don't abuse...remember they are gods in such situations, if they get pissed you will be stuck with 256 kbps for a mnth!!

And just be polite..be sentimental > If a gal picks it up show her tht u r sad and stuff just use her emotions

The senior officers are Mr. Rahul Johri Dy.GM (9868131396) and Mr.AP Singh DE (23322622). I got my plan changed and enhanced speed yesterday evening by making calls to these officers.

All you guys listen carefully. Like all of you, I too applied for change of plan on 18-08-2007 at Rajouri Garden Sanchar Haat. Yesterday I got my plan changed and in evening I got enhanced speed also. How ?? So many times I have written on the other forum on this subject, that I have been persistently phoning Mr.Johri, Dy.GM (9868131396) and Mr.AP Singh DE (23355622) and kept on humbly requesting (not loosing temper, no sarcastic talk, no taunting on Sarkari systems etc.) and on evening of 03-08-07, I got high speed. Not only that Mr.Johri, personally phoned me to inform that speed is enhanced. So guys, come to the point. No point in phoning 1500 / 1504. It is a call centre run by poorly paid employees. You call them and talk properly, they forward your call on their terminal. If you talk shit, they will not do even that. Get it.
