hey guyz,heres the story,when i booked for the new plan 749Nu ,the stupid ullu ka pattha CC wala took it my mistake ,the DSL 749 plan.And when i called on this NO. 23359459. they said that my applicatin for 749NU plan has reached them today.all this i came to know from this phone no.-23359459.ab mer plan 1st se hi change hoge.ab kya karoon?DGM ko fone kara to keheta hai use kuchchh nahin pata.GM ka no. nahin hai.Saale sab chor hai.NAMUNE

I'm Victim of MTNL "Sigh"Last month i gave application to migrate on TriB 749 NU plan, i was hopping it will be affectd by the mid night of 31st august, but today is 4th of sep, and i'm still on previous 949 plan,Here is my Dard Bhari Kahani meri Jubani,Mene 1st septmber se CC me fone karna shuru, ki mera plan abhi tak change kyo nahi hua, CC walo ka vahi drama aapki complaint fwd kar di, bas 3rd day mujhe khud MTNL sanchar haat jana pada, aur vahan koi mujhe idhar bheje koi udhar, 5 ghante mene vahan dhakke khaye, lekin tab bhi mera plan change nahi hua, ek baat dhyaan dene wali, jo Lineman taar dalne wale fone lagane wale..vahi log Broadband sambhal rahe hain, jo ki technicali ZERO hain, gha**ta kuch nahi pata.SDO se mila vo bole humari tensiona nahi ye, dusre office se mila to vo kahe humari tension nahi, mai itna pareshan ho chuka tha 5 ghante chakkar laga laga ke ki koi ye batane ko tayaar nahi ki is probl;em ko le kar me jaau kaha? MTNL ki PC screen per mera plan change ho chuka lekin mere PC me vahi purana plan 949 wala chal raha hain, and its 4th day ..plan remain same...there is no one to listen my problem, Duniya ke 7 wonders me se Tajmahal nahi ye humare MTNL ke karamchari hone chahiye, ye sabse anokhe hain. koi mujhe Bata do yaar ki main in logo ki complaint kaha karu, m from Delhi.

1500 aur 1504 per main aab tak 50 calls kar chuka hun, ek notepad bhar gaya hain complaint ID se, CC bas time pass hain, thak haar kar sanchaar haat hi jana padta hain, main vahan Area Manager se mila SDO se mila( lazzi sa sota hua chair per) koi mujhe yahan bheje koi kahin, pura office chakkar lagaya, lekin koi fayda nahi, aab mene airtel walo ko contect kia hain ..dekho shayed inka connection lu aab.aaj chutti hain mene 23359459 par call kia lekin ring tone ja raha hain. Mujhe inke sab area manager offices ki complaint karni , kisse karu? CM ko? PM ko? Osama ko? m frustrated

consumer court me ja sakte hain iss complaint ke base per? kyoki main chutiya nahi banna chahta ek month tak, consumer court me application dene ka kya tarika hain? MTNL ke against?

I understand it guys,coz i am going thru the same.Though the plan has been changed in the the account and is showing 749nu on accounts page,however speed is still the same old "baba adam ke jamane wali" 256 kbps.God knows how much time these guys need to change it.called up mtnl day on first ,cc told me that it will be done on the same day,but it took them 2 days to upgrade it.now they have to do it from the server.just called up mtnl on 1504(bcoz these guys are with tech support and they will put in a request to the centarlized hub to upgrade it at server's end)told me that it cannot happen today as its janamashtami,but will definetely happen tommorrow.I am taking his word.lets see how it goes.
