that's it ppl with plan ids beginning with number 7 are the only one to get selfcare change options, not everyone with 7 got them but many did in contrast to those with letter D plan ids

I feel those with numbers only not D are getting them earlier

UPDATE: Now new plans are not showing for me in self care portal. Yesterday It was showing and My SSA is not in the list circulated here...so i think i m not gonna get those new plans .

This is confirming my fears of that SSA list, maybe it's just a list of ssa's where it's already depolyed. There could still be hope.
