NFC is about data sharing. It is similar to Bluetooth. I can use it to share contacts, photos with another phone with NFC. without pairing it through bluetooth. mobile payments is just one of the other uses.
ohh okye .... so its interesting ... now a days many companies using the same technology .. so we can expect few more such mobile ...but price facotr is disappointing .. there was strong rumors that the same will cost less than 30k ..
the retail pricing would be lower than the official pricing so it should technically be available for Rs. 30K or below in the market.i am waiting for flipkart's pricing.
