cant tolerate it now.
it is impossible to watch any video between 11 am - 6 pm
my speed at speedtester.bsnl.co.in fluctuates between 90kbps - 360kps
the only other broadband at my place is the godfather airtel

If you can, go to Modem configuration page (usually routerlogin.net or 192.168.1.1, you can check out in Network and Connections).
Try adjusting the line, by checking the wires! You should have a nice Attenuation and Noise Ratio (Signal-to-Noise). The nominal are 24.0 db (Downlink) 15 db (Uplink) and in Noise Margin 28 db(Downlink) 30 db(uplink).
It is best obtained when you've a DIRECT incoming line from the BSNL link to your Home! (Direct Line means the Incoming wire to your house).
